About This Project:

Additions and Renovations:

• Enhancements to golf community Colonial home.
• New kitchen, mud room, family room and breakfast room.
• Challenged to enhance existing entry to be a prominent focal point of the home.
• Breakfast room addition serves to punctuate the entry sequence.
• Existing kitchen and mudroom reconfigured to increase space and scale while ensuring an open yet intimate environment.
• The design included customer paint and finishes, custom designed countertops including glass and granite, built-ins and coffered ceilings.
