Location: Old Port, Portland, Maine

• Renovation of former historic structure located on Custom House Wharf in Portland's Old Port.
• Creation of Nuevo Asian/American Cuisine dining and martini bar to accommodate 60+ diners.
• Project includes commercial kitchen, service and storage facilities.
