Challenge:
Design a state of the art laboratory that serves the needs of scientists, technicians and office staff with an exterior design that fits within the guidelines of an office park complex instead of the typical industrial park.
Scope:
- Design to meet the protocols of the laboratory testing work
- Controlled environments
- Integration of electrical and ventilation systems
- Liaise with town for approvals for placement within office complex
Project included working with client to obtain town approval to build laboratory (industrial) building in area devoted to office complex.
